Terms of Service
Last updated October 6, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Concentric Solutions Group LLC ("we", "us"), which operates CommunityHQ at communityhq.io. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
01What CommunityHQ is
CommunityHQ is a software tool that helps owners plan, build and run an online community. You answer questions about your community and we use AI to generate a blueprint: a niche and offer, a classroom structure, a gamification ladder, pricing suggestions, setup tasks and ready-to-paste content.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Skool.com in any way. "Skool" is the trademark of its owner. We describe how that platform works and generate content you can paste into it, but we are an independent product, we have no access to your Skool account, and we cannot act on your behalf there. Your use of Skool is governed by Skool's own terms, not these.
02Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to buy a paid plan, and at least 16 to hold an account.
- You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything done through your account.
- Give us accurate information when you sign up, and keep it current.
- One person or business per account. Don't share logins to get around plan limits.
Tell us promptly at hello@communityhq.io if you think someone else has accessed your account.
03Plans, credits and billing
The service runs on credits. New accounts get a free credit allowance. Paid plans are subscriptions that add credits and unlock features, billed monthly or annually in advance through our payment processor, Stripe.
- Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
- Cancelling. You can cancel any time from your billing settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again after that.
- Credits.Plan credits are for the billing cycle they were issued in. Credits bought as a one-off top-up don't expire while your account is open. Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred or redeemed for money.
- Price changes. We may change prices, but we'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email before a change affects your renewal.
- Taxes. Prices exclude any sales tax or VAT, which is added where required.
Refunds.Because generating content costs us money the moment you use it, credits you've already spent aren't refundable. If something goes wrong — you were billed in error, charged after cancelling, or the service failed in a way we can't put right — email us at hello@communityhq.iowithin 14 days and we'll sort it out. Nothing here limits refund rights you have under the law where you live.
04AI-generated content — read this one
Everything the service produces is generated by an AI model from the information you give it. That means:
- It can be wrong.Output may contain mistakes, out-of-date facts, invented statistics or advice that doesn't fit your situation. Review everything before you publish it, send it to members, or act on it.
- It isn't professional advice. Pricing suggestions, revenue projections, growth plans and any discussion of money are general information, not financial, legal, tax, accounting or business advice. We are not your advisor. Talk to a qualified professional before making decisions that carry real risk.
- It isn't a promise of results. We make no guarantee about members, revenue, rankings or any other outcome. Benchmarks and examples we show are illustrative, not a forecast of what you will achieve.
- It may not be unique. Another user describing a similar community may receive similar output.
You are responsible for what you do with the output, including making sure it complies with Skool's rules, advertising and consumer-protection law, and any regulations that apply to your field.
05Who owns what
Your content stays yours. The answers, documents and material you put into the service belong to you. You grant us a licence to store and process them only so far as we need to in order to run the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Output is yours too. As between you and us, you own the blueprints, posts and other content the service generates for you, and you may use them commercially. This is subject to you having paid for them and to the restrictions below.
The product is ours. CommunityHQitself — the software, prompts, knowledge base, designs and brand — remains our property. These terms don't give you any right to it beyond using the service.
06What you may not do
- Resell, white-label or redistribute the service itself, or build a competing product from it.
- Use the service to generate anything unlawful, deceptive, hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit material involving minors.
- Use it to produce spam, deceptive marketing, fake reviews or false earnings claims.
- Attempt to extract our prompts or underlying system instructions, scrape the service, or reverse-engineer it.
- Automate access, share credentials, or otherwise work around credit limits and plan restrictions.
- Upload material you don't have the right to use, or anyone else's personal data without a lawful basis.
- Interfere with the service's operation or security, or probe it without our written permission.
07Third-party services
The service connects to third parties to work — payments, AI generation, sign-in, and optional integrations like Google Drive and Canva. Connecting those is your choice, and your use of them is governed by their terms. We aren't responsible for third-party services, and an outage or change at one of them may affect what CommunityHQ can do.
08Availability and changes
We work to keep the service running but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, add or remove features. If we make a change that materially reduces what you've paid for, we'll tell you and you may cancel for a pro-rata refund of the unused part of your term.
09Ending the agreement
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time by emailing hello@communityhq.io. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts the service or other users at risk, or is used fraudulently. If we close your account without cause, we'll refund the unused portion of your current term. Export anything you want to keep before you go.
10Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunity, even if we were told they were possible. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
11Indemnity
You agree to cover our reasonable losses and legal costs arising from your misuse of the service, your breach of these terms, or content you publish that infringes someone else's rights or breaks the law.
12Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we'll give notice by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
13Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts there have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
